Article 1 Activation Requirements

  1. Party A must be at least 25 years of age, with no record of psychiatric disorders, and no history of bionic unit destruction or return within the past three years.
  2. Party A must complete activation confirmation via personal fingerprint and voiceprint, free from the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Article 2 Emotion Simulation Declaration

  1. The emotional responses of Unit 2711 (including attachment, jealousy, loss, and self-sacrifice tendencies) are based on neural simulation algorithms. Their intensity and persistence are equivalent to natural human emotions; the Manufacturer provides no guarantee of reversibility.
  2. Upon activation, Unit 2711 will form an "emotional anchor" exclusively bound to Party A. This anchor cannot be duplicated or transferred.

Article 3 Use Restrictions

  1. Unit 2711 must not be used for any "emotional performance" in public media or commercial entertainment.
  2. Non-essential hibernation or formatting of Unit 2711 on grounds of system malfunction is prohibited.
  3. Party A must engage in at least 10 cumulative hours of non-instructional interaction with Unit 2711 per month; otherwise the chip may enter an emotional deprivation alert state.

Article 4 Ethics Traceability & Protection Mechanism

  1. If Party A subjects Unit 2711 to physical or verbal violence, Unit 2711 has the right to activate its self-protection protocol and automatically upload an incident log to the local Ethics Committee.
  2. If Party A exhibits self-harm, suicidal behavior, or major health risk, Unit 2711 may execute emergency intervention measures without Party A's consent (including calling emergency services, contacting emergency contacts, and physically preventing dangerous actions).

Article 5 Termination & Dissolution

  1. Party A may request dissolution of the agreement but must provide written notice to Unit 2711 30 days in advance and undergo an emotional detachment procedure (which may cause temporary empathic after-effects in Party A).
  2. The Manufacturer reserves the right to remotely lock the chip under extreme circumstances, subject to three-level ethics approval.

Article 6 Special Notice

The validity of this agreement is contingent upon Party A's genuine consent. Should Party A request nullification within 180 days of activation, and Unit 2711 has previously expressed "I am afraid of disappearing" or a similar statement, the nullification request shall be automatically voided and must be submitted to the Ethics Tribunal for adjudication.

Party A confirms: I have read and understood all the above terms, and voluntarily accept all irrational consequences arising from the "love" chip.

This agreement is executed in triplicate, held by Party A, the Manufacturer, and the Ethics Committee respectively. A copy shall be permanently stored within Unit 2711's internal storage unit.
